ALA Managing Council consists of 5 people chosen by the Shareholders meeting of the association for a period of 5 years. On their side, they choose a Chairman. The members of the Administrative Council work voluntarily:

Jana Angelova

Chairperson of the Managing Council of ALA Association.
Graduated in French Philology; started working for ALA in 2002 as secretary. In 2007 appointed to the position of developing manager.

Prof. Youri Anastassov

Head of Plastic and Craniological Surgery Unit. Specialty in Plastic Surgery with Prof. Philippe Pellerin in France. Concluded his dissertation on problems with the clefts of the lip and the palate in 1995. Member of Francophone Group for Facial Research. Associated member of the European Society of Craniofacial Surgery since 2002. He speaks French, Spanish, and English.
