Chipolino Promotes a Charity Initiative for the Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery Unit of the University Hospital “St. George” in Plovdiv

Chipolino Ltd. is a Bulgarian company specialized in manufacturing and trade with baby products. As a company, we are a part of MAXEUROPE – the biggest producer of bicycles in Bulgaria.

In the end of 2011 ALA and Chipolino had a very successful communication in order to promote a charity initiative in favor of the patients with facial anomalies. After defining our needs in this direction, a decision was made – Chipolino would finance the labor and materials for the replacement of 4 patient room doors and renovation of 1 patient room bathroom in the Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery Unit in Plovdiv.

Now all works are finished and the donation is officially registered to University Hospital “St. George” in Plovdiv. The transportation of patients from the surgery room to their rooms is facilitated. This was a big issue for the medical staff because of the different proportions of the room doors and the movable beds.
